Receive a $25 Referral Reward when that person takes advantage of our services. Referral rewards may be used toward the purchase of any of our services or products.

**In order to claim, your friend or family member for the East TN HVAC Referral Rewards program please tell East TN HVAC & Plumbing, Inc. your name and that you’ve referred them when they first call for service or an estimate.
** Referral fee is paid only when referring a new customer, not an existing customer.
**To be eligible, your friend must make purchase within 45 days of your referral.
Program guidelines:
•Referral Definition: a referral is defined as a new customer to whom you have personally communicated with in regard to the recommendation of using our company. Referring yourself is not considered a referral.
•Qualifications: the person you refer must be a NEW customer who has not yet used our company and who resides within our service territory. The new customer must make a purchase of any value* of any of our HVAC products or services*.
•Referral Reward Rewards: East TN HVAC & Plumbing, Inc. Referral Rewards are given only upon verification that the referral is indeed a NEW customer who has made a purchase; we’ll send you an East Tennessee HVAC Referral Reward Certificate.
•Redeeming East Tennessee HVAC & Plumbing, Inc. $25 Referral Reward Certificates: Certificates must be presented at the time of purchase and are limited to one reward used per purchase. They may not be applied to previous purchases as a “refund”, may not be reproduced, and they have no cash value. Rewards that are lost or stolen cannot be reissued or credited to any account. If you forget to present your Reward Certificate at the time of purchase, just save it for the next time you need us.
